We represent our clients in outbound sales activities. We’re able to manage the process in a way they can’t afford to do on their own, meaning we can have a rep (or multiple) who is entirely focused on making phone calls. No data management, no email template creation, nothing but great conversations with our clients’ next best customers. That’s your job!

Identify & convert real opportunity
Great salespeople don’t sell ice to eskimos – they’ve got enough ice! We strongly hold to the belief that great salespeople solve problems. It will be your responsibility to use the phone to uncover the problems our clients’ prospects are experiencing and generate enough interest to give our clients a chance to solve them.

Become the most valued member of our clients’ team
It’s not enough to do sales activities. We teach all of our team members to report back to clients in a way that helps the clients see us as an extension of their team. This means regular updates, learnings from positive and negative conversations, and admitting when we’ve made mistakes.

Remote work environment
You’ll get to work from whatever environment suits you best. If you need to be around other people, find a local coworking space. If you work best from the desk in your home office, rock on! We all work remotely, so you have the freedom to do the same.

This is a great opportunity for any sales professional wanting to work for a wide variety of clients in various products and industries. We take the time to train our Client SDRs so they are fully enabled to do their job successfully.

Responsibilities:

  • 100% prospecting on behalf of our clients (no sourcing data, no cleaning data, no inventing new messaging, just good old sales conversations!)
  • Achieve and/or exceed client goals of qualified conversations and appointment metrics
  • Communicate all learnings, questions, and concerns to supervisor directly and quickly

Qualifications:

  • Strong conversational and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, self-motivated and disciplined
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Efficient written and verbal communication
  • Must be confident using and learning new software, such as Slack, Google Suite, Zoom, etc.
  • Coachable with the willingness to learn and grow
  • Comfortable having a high volume of phone conversations daily

  • Salary: $60k OTE

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm local time or as agreed upon with management (flexibility available based on need)
