We now have an opening for a resource coordinator, someone who will be in charge of recruitment of linguistic testers, editors, translators, and also, responsible for managing the quality of their work. This can be onsite, full time position, or remote, freelance position for candidates located in different countries.

Our environment is very fast-paced with constantly changing priorities and continuous opportunities to learn more. You must be able to quickly change priorities and be able to deal with ambiguity.


  • Recruit team members for our speech and data collection projects in Canada and abroad
  • Build a team of professional transcribers around the world and manage the work to make sure it meets client’s expectations
  • Recruit translators and QA testers, perform interviews and execute assessment tests
  • Build programs for our freelance workers that will help to increase their engagement and increase quality of their work
  • Track quality metric and performance per project and per freelancer
  • Continue improving tracking metrics
  • Manage the development of a system that will help us collect data about the quality of the work of our freelance team
  • Get to know each of our linguists and QA testers – collect feedback on their work and assign them to projects
  • Work closely with HR Manager on improving HR processes as needed
  • Keep track of vacation requests
  • Recruit/schedule new project participants
  • Manage the community of our freelancers
  • Report to COO on quarterly KPIs
  • Project manage as needed



  • Have at least two years of work experience

  • A background or interest in HR
  • Experience in leading web app development effort
  • Good sense of quality metrics in the localization industry
  • Fluency in either: Spanish, Japanese, Thai, French, Italian, Vietnamese
  • Education form Northern American university
