  • Our research team helps to bring the patient voice into research in order to accelerate life-changing discoveries.
  • We are seeking a Research Manager to learn about our client needs through client engagement; provide expertise in mixed methodology research within healthcare; and create beautiful, insightful deliverables that help our clients push forward medical progress with patient centricity.

Our new team member will:

  • Perform advanced qualitative and quantitative analysis of social media posts, surveys, focus groups, and interviews that provide insights into the patient journey
  • Lead the design and execution of research projects with minimal oversight
  • Can train junior analysts in developing compelling and accurate insights to summarize research findings
  • Analyze and creatively visualize data for complex client-facing deliverables
  • Craft advanced actionable insights based on most compelling research outcomes and our client’s business needs



You are empathetic and are curious about communication patterns, unstructured data, and get excited about uncovering insights. You are excited to help accelerate life-changing discoveries through collaborations involving patients and caregivers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Sociology, Anthropology, Communication, Public Health, Psychology, Policy, Data Analytics, or related field required
  • Proven experience with mixed methods research (quantitative and qualitative), preferably in a health related field
  • Has experience developing beautiful and insightful presentations that answer client needs and provide high level recommendations
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, proven ability to handle multiple projects and competing deadlines, and ability to prioritize tasks with little input from supervisor
  • Exceptional attention to detail is needed along with a curiosity about data and insight to ask a variety of questions, identify communication patterns, and draw insights to solve complex problems
  • Experience in the organization of research projects, designing of questions, programming surveys, conducting interviews, and summarizing findings
  • Proficiency with basic statistical concepts and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of data privacy and security and the IRB process
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required


  • Past experience with market research within or for the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficiency with advanced statistical concepts and relevant software (e.g., SPSS)
  • Experience with focus groups

  • Ability to blend creativity with analytical problem solving
