  • 5+ years of full-desk recruitment experience
  • Proven track record in business development and candidate generation
  • Life Science recruitment is an advantage but not essential
  • Must have done niche executive level recruitment


  • Source and discretely headhunt suitable candidates for roles
  • Build an unparalleled network of candidates and clients
  • Match candidates together with clients based on competency and in-depth interview questioning
  • Win and develop new business through networking
  • Utilize job boards and other internet-based search tools
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Attend conference throughout the U.S. for your vertical market
