The company has been growing very rapidly and recently closed a Series A funding round led by top tier investors from Silicon Valley, Boston, and L.A.

We’re looking for a contract recruiter who can help us keep up with our growth demands by finding, recruiting and screening A-players to join our A-level team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with executive team to create and refine our hiring plan
- Write compelling job descriptions
- Reach out to candidates, based on target criteria
- Perform initial phone screen
- Refer candidates to our executive team
- Assist with researching and negotiate compensation packages
- Assist with new employee onboarding (potential)
Initial contract is expected to be for a 2-3 month period. We are looking to fill this position quickly.
While it’s not required, preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with digital health startups.
