We are looking for a stellar recruiter that is passionate about recruiting and understands the tech market as well as our business needs and culture to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts. You will partner with hiring managers and our leadership team across business lines and manage both technical and non-technical positions. You are not afraid to pick up the phone to creatively source passive candidates. You will establish a recruiting plan and then execute the strategy to identify, attract, and hire the best talent to align with JustAnswer Mission and Values. As the first point of contact, you are our Brand Ambassador, you represent our culture and focus on attracting quality candidates who are smart, fun and get things done.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full life-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers and attracting top talent for roles across the JustAnswer organization
  • Create and own the candidate experience from initial introduction to the final stage of the recruitment process
  • Be a partner and trusted advisor for hiring managers and help improve upon our candidate experience, and maintain excellent relations with our hiring managers and leadership team
  • Develop and maintain data reports and report out on performance metrics on an ongoing basis
  • Identify process improvement areas and solutions, and share best practices with hiring managers and employee interview training
  • Craft effective job descriptions to attract the best talent
  • Act as an Ambassador in the community, attend networking events to expand our brand awareness and identify talent
  • Creatively source passive candidates and with a focus on quality talent and not quantity

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full life-cycle experience recruiting and closing candidates in corporate or agency environments across a variety of disciplines (preferably full life-cycle and startup experience)
  • Proven track record of creatively sourcing passive candidates (including LinkedIn, networking events, etc.), attracting and closing top talent
  • Outstanding communication with both hiring managers and candidates
  • Leader in tech recruiting, ability to influence hiring managers and candidates in a consultative way
  • Must have a strong commitment to creating a best-in-class candidate experience
