Since our founding a quarter century ago, we’ve cut through the noise and jargon to help people understand the financial world in general and their own finances in particular.

Today, we’re adding a major initiative to help individuals become smarter, happier, and richer through real estate investing. And we’d like your help as we continue to grow!

About this position:

With support from our editors you’d work to create content that’s optimized for organic traffic and distribution to our publishing partners. You’ll cover genres like REITs, real estate taxes, Fed interest rate moves, crowdfunding, real estate financing, and any other topic that could help real estate investors make a more informed decision. This is a contract position. After developing your skills in a probationary period with our lead editor, pay would increase as would the opportunity to work on larger and more complex projects. with pay ranging from $150 – $750 per piece of content depending on the length, complexity, and investment.

A few things to note:

  1. A medium-to-high-volume writer can easily make six figures per year.
  2. Our writers tend to stay with us for years and years – many have been here a decade or more.
  3. In a turbulent industry, our track record of financial stability stands out.
  4. Experience writing for organic search or industry experience as a broker, analyst, investor, or developer are major plusses – but not required.

About you:

You share our driving passion for teaching the world about real estate investing and a genuine interest to learn more yourself, you have wonderful analytical skills that allow you to take the reader beyond the headlines, you have previous publishing credits, and you are awesome (but you already knew that)!
