Project Coordinator
Nationwide – Remote

Collaborative Solutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Delivery organization by assisting our Continuous Value Services (CVS) team support post-production engagements. The Project Coordinator will be involved in monitoring and assisting in the assignment of Zendesk tickets, report development, and the overall communication process between our customers, the CVS consultants, and the CVS Engagement Managers. This individual should be detail oriented, flexible, a self-starter and should enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic remote team environment.


  • Triage tickets to ensure the request is completed and ready for consultant assignment
  • Monitor and manage ticket flow to ensure we are meeting defined SLAs
  • Act as the resourcing individual for all ticket requests
  • Will include reviewing and communicating with individuals based on forecasts and knowledge
  • Communicate with customer for additional information as needed to support the request
  • Act as primary contact for ticket resource escalations and urgent Squad resource assignment requests
  • Coordinate work efforts between customers, Consultants, Squad Leaders, and Engagement Managers as required
  • Report CVS customer financials

Skills & Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in project coordination, preferably in the IT professional services or software industry
  • Ability to work in a highly deadline-driven environment with strong time management, project management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility, accountability, initiative, and self-motivation to identify and execute tasks
  • Ability to work closely with remote project teams with varying seniority levels, work styles and work schedules
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote)
  • Zendesk, Workday, Smartsheets, and/or SharePoint experience a plus
