Position Summary:

Assist with the implementation of the Medicare Compliance Program by supporting the various functional areas of the Medicare Compliance Department.

Essential Responsibilities:

This position will report to the Medicare Compliance Complaint Investigations Manager. With supervision from the Compliance Management Team, the Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations;
  • Manage the Medicare Complaints outlook inbox including documenting all new complaints received and saving the relevant information, tracking and trending to assist with timely resolution of cases;
  • Assist with maintaining the Medicare Compliance SharePoint websites, and saving copies of all relevant documents and communications;
  • Assist with the Compliance Monitoring (CM) and Complaint Investigation (CI) process by retrieving call recordings at the request of eHealth clients and submitting them within the client’s established timeframes;
  • Assist with tracking and retrieving Compliance deliverables that are pending completion with internal stakeholders;
  • Conduct follow-up with internal employees on outstanding training requirements and other time sensitive deliverables as needed;
  • Assist with Compliance Departmental reporting needs;
  • Other tasks as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Medicare knowledge preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent Organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, ability to work with minimal supervision and resourceful

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years’ experience in Medicare Part C and D Compliance and/or Operations
  • Working experience with SharePoint
  • Self-motivated, ability to work with minimal supervision and resourceful
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment\
