Marketing Campaign Manager – Full-time position

Founded in 2008, CodeScience was one of the first PDOs (Product Development Organization) for Salesforce focusing on building products on the Salesforce platform, and the only to receive the PDO Masters designation from Salesforce. We ve brought over 10% of the AppExchange to market and we re just getting started.
Position:
Seeking a rock star Campaign Manager to join our team! You will be well-suited to this job if you have a modern marketing approach to developing and executing effective marketing programs that engage our audience, drive demand, and generate pipeline with our target accounts.
Working closely with our Revenue team, you will develop an integrated program mix that takes an account-first approach and is executed across marketing channels. An ideal candidate must be strong both on the strategic level and on the tactical/execution level.
Success Predictors:
- Proven track record with ABM and demand gen programs and playbooks that drive results.
- Work with a cross-functional team including ops, content, SDR, and the sales teams to orchestrate marketing initiatives
- Solid writing skills to translate detailed content into impactful go-to-market materials and programs
- Strong skillset within Marketo and Salesforce, including the ability to track, measure and report monthly and quarterly business results
Duties & Responsibilities:
In the role of Marketing Campaign Manager, you will:
- Develop, pilot and launch programs to successfully engage accounts, generate pipeline, and move them effectively through the buyer s journey
- Work with marketing operations to develop data and insights to inform the addition of key personas and contacts within accounts
- Partner with Content and Digital Marketing Leads on strategy, planning and executing omni-channel programs.
Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation / ABM experience
- Strong team player with an ability to develop effective working relationships across a distributed, remote organization
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- A knack for critical thinking and problem-solving
- Solid understanding of and experience with marketing technologies, including reporting from CRM (Salesforce.com), Marketing Automation (Marketo), Engagio/Demandbase (ABM)
- Experience with marketing to Healthcare Life Sciences and Fintech verticals is a bonus
