We are currently recruiting a fabulous I.T. Strategist to join our team. Our ideal team member has:

Demonstrated abilities in:

  • Virtual work environment
  • Has significant experience with platforms incl. Zapier, HubSpot, Asana, Trello, Slack, Google Apps
  • Managing multiple timelines and projects
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize competing projects appropriately
  • Managing resources effectively and making recommendations
  • Critical thinking and decision making
  • Has a natural curiosity for technology- especially office productivity solutions
  • Up to date on sector trends and improvements
  • Following processes with precision
  • is a passionate professional who thrives in a team dynamic but can work independently
  • Has substantial, relevant work experience and skill sets
  • Is comfortable with learning new technology
  • Loves problem-solving
  • Is a self-starter

Your Responsibilities

Metrics/Data dashboard management

  • Capacity Sheet Updates
  • Daily Tech Checks
  • Help Desk Ticket monitoring for team tech related issues
  • Website updates
  • Hubspot changes
  • HRIS troubleshooting
  • Library and Shared Learning Management
  • Trainee review spreadsheet
  • Leadership team projects
  • Attends 15 minute meetings (Wednesdays 1:45-2:00pm ET)
  • Attends 30 minute weekly planning/accountability call with Controller (TBD subject to change)
  • Monthly/Quarterly checks to verify all systems are running efficiently


  • Aligns with Delegate Solutions’ Core Values
  • Is consistently available Mon – Fri during business hours via Slack and email
  • Can make recommendations for technology improvements
  • Loves creating project and process management for tech duties and projects
  • Is ready to help identify back up for coverage when out of office
  • Understands that they will interfacing with Delegate staff and/or clients for professional purposes only during business hours
  • Understands our business is entrepreneurial and can demonstrate the ability to be flexible/adaptable to accommodate growth
  • Stays calm and patiently explains and trains others in difficult situations
  • Meets established goals and objectives as they pertain to assigned metrics
  • Tracks time worked in Harvest and submits bi-weekly/monthly invoice (TBD)

Anticipated Hours: Flexible Part-time approx. 10-20 hrs/week

Rate of Pay: Hourly, Competitive based on experience

Start Date: Immediately
