Investment Development Representative / BDR

Energi (www.energi.world) is a 2+-year-old cryptocurrency project that has emerged into the top 100 crypto projects worldwide. Energi is self-funded (no ICO, ITO, etc), is currently on five exchanges with additional exchanges in the future.
We are currently looking for 2 – 3 BDRs/IDRs (Investment Development Representatives) to build relationships with alternative investment fund managers, educate fund managers via emails and pitch decks, leading up to delivering a well-documented SQL (Sales Qualified Deal) for follow-up.
Good prospect for these roles may come from different backgrounds including:
- Transitioning military, returning to work adults, 2nd career professionals who have completed a B2B sales “Boot Camp”
- Current BDRs in other financial services, insurance, or tech industries
- Current BDRs/SDRs at mission-based organizations conducting B2B philanthropic outreach
- 9+ months of demonstrated success as a B2B BDR/SDR/Outreach professional
- Graduate of a BDR or Sales boot camp program or professional SDR/BDR training (ABM/ABS, Solution Selling, Challenger, etc) OR an undergraduate degree (Business, Communications, Acting/Performing Arts, are all good )
- An outgoing, optimistic personality type (this is not a job for wall-flower)
- Internal drive and self-motivation
- A strong desire to learn about cryptocurrency or a current crypto investor/trader
- Business fluency in English
- We are a 100% decentralized (remote) organization, so a home office with reliable, high-speed internet access is required
To facilitate at least two hours of overlap with the hiring manager, this role will be ideally situated +/- 6 hours from EST
Compensation plan: Base/Hourly (indicated below) with 7% rewards on the value of investments sourced. OTE is $100K
