The Opportunity

ProspectNow Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for communicating our value proposition to our prospects and customers mainly through calls and demos.

In this role, you will be a hunter working to bring on new prospects by outbounding and working closely with our marketing team to schedule product demonstrations that showcase ProspectNow’s suite of products and services.

What You’ll Bring to ProspectNow

  • A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Excitement about SaaS, B2B sales and high-tech
  • Knowledge of commercial and residential real estate industry a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Team player, highly coachable, self-motivated and interested in growing a career in technology sales
  • Superior attention to detail with exceptional organizational and planning skills
  • Adaptable to change and desire to learn in a fast-paced sales environment

What You’ll Do at ProspectNow

  • Drive revenue growth by hosting discovery calls, delivering impactful product demonstrations, drafting proposals, and closing new business
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to meet individual annual sales quota and ARR goals
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools
  • Become an expert in commercial real estate tech industry dynamics, emerging opportunities and competitive trends
  • Become an expert on ProspectNow and it they integrates with Buildout’s product suite to properly showcase the right solutions for our customers

This is a remote-friendly role open across most of the US. (Bonus if you are located in Idaho near your new manager!) The salary range for this position starts at $50,000 base with $20,000 commission target.
