Inside Sales Representative – US

Home Office Based, Must be native English Speaker and able to primarily work during normal US business hours

We are looking for a tech-savvy sales representative who can help grow our business in the Pharmaceutical Saas Solutions arena which includes competitive intelligence tracking, data visualization products, and other support services.

Responsibilities:

  • Business to business sales
  • Identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and independent research
  • Call and email assigned leads and create appointments and meetings
  • Work with our marketing team to create meaningful outbound campaigns tailored to potential prospects needs
  • Identify, generate and maintain new business opportunities inside and outside existing client network
  • Track, analyze and report on quantity, quality, source and results for all opportunities using our CRM platform (Salesforce)
  • Formulate, define and support business development strategies to exceed company sales goals
  • Develop new prospects, build and maintain strong customer relationships and loyalty

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and presentations
  • Able to work independently. Highly motivated closer and team player
  • Strong negotiation skills and persuasive communication style
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Experience with CRM is a plus
  • Strong PC skills are required and able to learn and adapt to new/changing technology quickly
  • Ideal candidate has experience in business-to-business Saas sales and has skills as both a ‘hunter’ and a ‘farmer’
  • Home office based; must have own laptop, smart phone, and internet
