Inside Sales Representative

ActivityHero is the leading marketplace to help parents find and book children’s activities (a $33B market for after school classes and camps). Our solution helps activity providers reach more students, get paid, and save administrative time. We are expanding to new areas and this sales team will be reaching businesses in new cities.┬áRemote candidates who are able to work between 9am – 5pm Pacific Time will be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales reps will be responsible for calling prospective businesses and upselling ActivityHero marketing and registration services
  • Learn about ActivityHero services and the pain points of class and camp providers
  • Research and build new account lists
  • Achieve weekly and monthly quotas of new customers
  • Maintain detailed record of phone calls and emails in Salesforce


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-4 years sales experience is required. For example: (telesales, inside sales, sales development, or account management experience)
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Tech sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of the camp and after school program industry is preferred
  • Experience with small businesses is a plus
  • Experience with CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
  • High activity sales, high sales transaction environment, including high call volume, pipeline growth, and opportunity generation
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct cold calls and find the right contacts

Additional details: This is a contractor position and you can work from home. Must commit to 30-40 hours per week and have high speed internet access and computer.
