Comp range: $180K – $220K (Includes commission)

Why this role exists:
Working alongside leadership, the Head of Sales will develop the company’s B2B sales strategy, as well as own the execution, develop the team, sales channels, and more.

Required experience:

  • BA in Business Admin or Marketing
  • 3+ years of sales management experience
  • 5+ years of B2B Sales experience
  • Experience building or scaling a sales team
  • Experienced selling outsourcing services
  • B2B Sales experience targeted towards small to medium size businesses preferred
  • Experience working with an offshore sales team a plus
  • Experience working in a fast paced startup environment

Outcomes:

  • You will develop and implement company sales plans
  • You will determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends, and results
  • You will develop and implement a B2B team sales plan based on provided goal
  • You will establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the sales team and projecting expected sales volumes and profit
  • You will maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand
  • You will complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
  • You will regularly create reports of weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and their progress for key management
  • You will develop a sales team, including recruitment, supervision, and performance management
  • You will maintain sales team job results by training, counseling, and disciplining employees
  • You will plan, monitor, and appraise job results
  • You will maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • You will contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
