Position Summary

NETGEAR’s Corporate Marketing Team is responsible for innovating, spotlighting, and distributing the most relevant and compelling marketing and educational content to our global customers. The Digital Programs Team is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to produce subscription-based programs and set the vision for digital in-app messaging, email, SMS notifications, and web properties, in order to support and retain our subscription customers. The position can be anywhere in the US. Colorado state residents are not eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and own all day-to-day activities associated with the growth and success of our subscription business
  • Enable marketing strategies and campaigns for the company’s subscription business by acquiring, activating, and retaining subscribers through optimizing customer interest, education, and engagement
  • Collaborate across the organization to plan and enable new/enhanced capabilities across product development, support, CX and web teams
  • Develop customer-facing content and work with design agencies to create experiences that drive engagement and subscription growth
  • Establish and meet subscription revenue, new subscriber, and retention goals
  • Create and execute test plans leveraging customer segmentation and personalization, with variable offers and incentives
  • Serve as the expert on subscription best practices, monitor competitor programs, and recommend actionable plans to improve the Subscription program
  • Partner with the Data Operations and BI teams to develop and provide regular reporting related to the subscription business
  • Own the end-to-end customer marketing lifecycle, overseeing all initiatives including email, in-app, and SMS touch points
  • Optimize automations and customer journeys through marketing innovation, performance analysis, and continuous testing

  • Data driven decision making
  • Exhibits a passion for Marketing and researching best practices and new trends to enhance the digital customer experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or related studies
  • 6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing for online B2C companies
  • Experience documenting workflows and software solutions using Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), wireframes, diagrams, workflows and mockups
  • Deep understanding of customer engagement and subscription program success
  • Excellent analytical skills with an understanding of how to present and report findings to cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
  • Comfortable working in technical environments including HTML, CSS, CMS web tools, and email platforms
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual that can work under pressure to meet deadlines
