The Marketing team at Promethean consists of marketers, designers, writers, content strategists, and project managers who are passionate, driven by curiosity, enjoy problem-solving and tackling big challenges. By joining our team, you will be part of meaningful conversations about how we can drive demand and create value through campaigns, content and resources for our customers and partners.

Working as part of the content strategy team and reporting the senior Global Content & Campaigns manager this role will be a key part of delivering effective and engaging content and campaigns in line with our in-bound marketing strategy, to time and within budget.

The role will ensure right audiences are targeted in line with identified goals, persona profiles and customer journeys for Tier 1 regions. The role will also provide templated scalable support for market ready Tier 2 regions.

Working in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies the role will prepare and execute campaigns and measure and report on their effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute scalable global marketing campaigns, leveraging email, social, SEO and paid media.
  • Execute end to end global campaigns through all phases of the campaign lifecycle , including, creative development, audience segmentation and targeting, campaign execution, tracking response, follow-up reporting etc
  • Develop and produce high-quality marketing content in all its forms for Tier 1, templated for Tier 2 regions (including presentations, website, subject guides, quick guides, whitepapers, video, infographics, blogs, PR, events etc) for all stages of the customer journey to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Co-ordinate the global content marketing plan and editorial calendar
  • Work with digital properties team on SEO strategies to maximise traffic to blog sites.
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external suppliers
  • Write, edit and proof read copy for campaign and marketing assets.
  • Understand and input to the corporate CRM system and data management in conjunction with regional and digital properties teams.
  • Working closely with regional marketing define lead journeys and create lead management and lead nurturing tactics.
  • Do this using the full marketing mix, delivering all marketing activities to the highest quality and best customer experience, on time, within budget and meeting campaign KPIs and goals
  • Produce content and campaign data for monthly reporting to communicate performance and progress within each region

Job Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level with marketing qualification
  • Experience in the development and implementation of cross audience marketing campaigns
  • Excellent planning and co-ordination skills
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills including expertise in identifying the key components of the company’s offering and translating these into engaging and compelling copy.
  • Capability to build content calendar, engage with product specialists
  • A fluency in Pardot and Salesforce desirable.
  • Personal qualities – ambitious, positive outlook, high energy, great team worker. A self-starter with the capacity to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
