This position will play a key role in the adoption of Technology Business Management (TBM) across the Enterprise IT (EIT) organization. TBM is a framework for running IT with greater business acumen while providing a data-driven decision-making model for leaders across IT and the Business Areas. The candidate will report directly to the Site Finance Manager and dotted line supporting the Strategy Senior Manager, within the EIT Integration team.

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Consume and integrate financial data into TBM on a weekly and/or monthly basis (plans, forecasts, actuals, etc.)
  • Develop, test, validate, maintain, and update data models and reports
  • Integrate financial data with operational data to provide enhanced insights
  • Work directly with stakeholders across Finance, Enterprise IT Functions, and BA IT Teams to understand business requirements, translate business requirements into actionable tasks, and build the required models, metrics, and reports
  • Troubleshoots issues related to the data model, data mappings, and reports
  • Will become a subject matter expert on TBM and the Apptio tool suite


Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Ability to integrate and analyze large complex datasets
  • Demonstrated data and/or financial modeling skills
  • Broad understanding of budgeting & financial processes and rhythms (Monthly reporting, Capital, Planning, EAC, Variance Analysis, etc.)
  • Ability to support multiple requests with similar priorities and quickly adjust task priorities to meet Executive Leadership Request
  • Experience with financial systems and data such as SAP and/or Hyperion

Desired Skills:

  • Prior experience with Technology Business Management (TBM)
  • Experience with self-service analytics tools, such as Tableau
  • Knowledge of current EIT financial planning and forecasting processes
  • Experience with IT portfolios and operational concepts
  • Ability to continuously identify and improve existing processes
  • Ability to learn new concepts and apply them is a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Experience working in an Agile organization
  • Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to collaboratively work in a small development team and with multiple functions across the corporation
  • Demonstrated business acumen
  • Ability to create, explore, fail, learn, correct, and proceed repeatedly
  • Ability to have fun and laugh
