The Executive Coordinator is the primary support administrator for the Office of the CEO. Serving as an administrative cognoscente, the Executive Coordinator provides operational support to the CEO and supports cross-functional projects impacting the global organization. The Executive Coordinator collaborates with members of the CSD’s Executive Team to accelerate the flow of information between business and functional teams and the CEO’s office, ensuring that reporting expectations are consistently met.

Essential Functions

  • Supports scheduling resources and coordinating logistics for regular meetings with company boards, executive team members, investment partners, strategic partners, and customers
  • Assists with external community and PR events on behalf of the CEO
  • Produces high-quality visual material, such as reports, charts, infographics, and visual aids including Keynote and PowerPoint presentations to inform the CEO of systems data and for internal and external presentations
  • Drafts memos and other executive communication on behalf of the CEO
  • Supports logistics and planning for corporate events, executive meetings, executive travel, Board meetings, and other CEO inflow and schedule prioritization as needed
  • Facilitates meetings and presentations that result in opportunities for collaboration and enhanced decision making
  • Gathers and analyzes key company data from across the organization to produce comprehensive, visually appealing reports, spreadsheets and media to support executive and stakeholder review and decision making
  • Supports the executive goal setting process and interacts with the various performance management instruments in use by CSD
  • Acts as a resource and subject matter expert during corporate planning and reporting cycles by tracking progress on action items and key deliverables and follows up as needed with team members and partners to ensure timely completion
  • Supports business intelligence and research projects as assigned by the CEO
  • Evaluates effectiveness and efficiency of processes and projects, ensuring that resulting intelligence is actionable for high level decision making
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Excellent organizational, event planning, logistics management, problem analysis, tracking and problem-solving skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations while demonstrating poise, tact and diplomacy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present and execute on innovative ideas to C-Suite and other high-level stakeholders
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence; outstanding grammar and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work in a high-energy and demanding environment, quickly and independently
  • Ability to multi-task, use initiative and take action as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience
  • Five years of professional experience in business analysis, executive administration, or a related field
  • Advanced competencies with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Cultural understanding of and connection to the deaf community including working knowledge of CSD and companies/organizations serving the deaf community
  • Ability to communicate fluently using American Sign Language
