At Density, we build the infrastructure necessary to measure how people use space. The result of distributing this platform is lower emissions, less waste, better access, safer buildings, and better designed cities. It is a long term pursuit and one we could use your help achieving.

Density is growing rapidly. We have offices in San Francisco, New York City, Syracuse, and cross-functional team members in 30 states and 5 countries. We run a mixed model — co-located in some geos and distributed in others. The ability to work on a team with this structure is imperative. This role will support our execs in all business functions to ensure they are running smoothly and our employees have the resources they need to be successful. Work that is critical as we strive to build efficiencies and a sense of calm to the team’s chaotic calendars.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain execs schedules, including booking and confirming meetings with internal and external partners globally while balancing business priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel (when we can travel again!), keeping schedules, time, and cost in mind
  • Juggle tight deadlines and competing priorities
  • Hold us accountable to our commitments and help us deliver on them
  • Always demonstrate a cool, calm, and collected demeanor
  • Think 10 steps ahead

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience successfully supporting multiple senior executives
  • Extraordinary organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The flexibility to pivot focus between organizations quickly
  • A clear, approachable, and friendly communication style
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • The desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A sense of humor and a knack for common sense
  • A ceaseless desire to learn and solve problems
  • Experience in communicating with senior/high-level executives at outside firms
  • A no task is too small or too big attitude
  • Comfort in saying no and pushing back
  • Curiosity when it comes to learning new tools and ways of working
