Phreesia is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President, Life Sciences. This individual will serve as primary contact and liaison for the SVP, Life Sciences and work closely with the other Life Sciences Department leaders. This role demands excellent written and verbal communication skills, research skills, sound judgment, and the ability to multitask and work independently. The right candidate will have a strong bias for action and the ability to think proactively and strategically. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is imperative.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional support and coordination to ensure that the SVP Life Science’s objectives are successfully achieved
  • Monitor and respond to executive correspondence and inquiries, providing support with their resolution and/or directing them to appropriate resources/personnel
  • Coordinate sometimes complex travel arrangements and itineraries (once company-wide travel restrictions are lifted)
  • Independently manage a calendar by scheduling both internal and external meetings, anticipating needs, changes and rearranging meetings as appropriate
  • Assist in preparation for public speaking events and presentations
  • Drive preparation and on-time completion of quarterly board meeting decks, managing follow-ups as needed
  • Drive key engagement initiatives and projects that align with Executive team vision and company objectives
  • Manage and coordinate large internal team meetings and events
  • Take notes for weekly leadership meetings and drive action items
  • Prepare high quality documents and presentations as needed
  • Ensure all key reports are generated, organized and distributed as required and on time
  • Assist with onboarding new leadership hires
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven track record of professionalism with at least 3 years of experience in a high-growth environment supporting C-level professionals
  • Strong, concise communication skills, poise and professionalism
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn and synthesize new information
  • Excellent writing and note-taking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and execute on deliverables, remaining efficient and organized while handling a high volume of work
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the company and to know when and how to involve others
  • Ability to work core office hours with the flexibility to handle ad-hoc requests during off-hours as required
  • Highly organized with a critical eye for detail
