Title: Executive Administrative Assistant, Marketing and Social Media

Location: US National

This is a remote role based anywhere in the US

About The Role:

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, Marketing & Social Media at Facet Wealth, you will support our Chief Operating Officer (COO) in addition to the other key members of the marketing and sales teams. You will play a key role in ensuring that the day to day operations of the teams you support run smoothly and efficiently while building a strong social media presence for the Facet Wealth brand.

Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar and scheduling for the COO
  • Book and coordinate travel and be on standby for any last minute changes
  • Arrange and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
  • Submit expense reports and manage department expenses
  • Edit, format, and proofread presentation decks and other materials
  • Manage team record keeping and time off request for the sales and marketing team
  • Assist with company-wide projects and initiatives as needed
  • Assist in developing social media campaigns
  • Manage social communities, including responding to user comments and passing along specific queries to relevant partners
  • Coordinate logistics surrounding all digital events
  • Create social media content and campaigns by collaborating with Social Media Managers

Job Specific Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressively responsible and complex administrative experience
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with an executive team
  • Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency with the Google Suite, especially Google calendar and Gmail
  • Proficiency in booking travel and coordinating complex schedules
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Later
  • 2+ years of experience in social media
  • Experience working across all the leading media channels, including; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Experience supporting executives within a sales and marketing department

Benefits & Compensation:

  • $70,000- $90,000 annual salary (salary to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as alignment with market data)
