Our client is transforming the online mobile space and they’re looking for a talented Director of Lifecycle Marketing to join their expanding team. The role requires a skilled leader who can manage a team in successful customer acquisition and help their customers stay connected. As Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you’ll manage the full sales cycle, identifying growth and optimization opportunities to drive client value. The ideal candidate is a digital marketing leader with an analytical mindset and a passion for connecting people and technology.


  • Identify optimization and growth opportunities at every stage of user lifecycle, understanding users unique needs to drive adoption efforts
  • Execute customer retention, engagement, and acquisition strategies to gain users
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leaders on lifecycle marketing strategy
  • Spearhead forecasting and budgeting for internal teams
  • Recruit and lead a high-performing team, guaranteeing team has access to relevant resources and operational capabilities to effectively scale
  • Discover new business development opportunities across performance marketing channels
  • Inspire a data-driven decision-making process with cross-functional team and external partners
  • Prioritize and plan new channel expansion


  • BA/BS Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in the mobile app and/or direct to consumer space
  • Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex datasets into strategic insights and client solutions
  • A collaborator with a track record of cross-functional leadership and successful project management including executing strategy for early stage companies and fast-growing consumer services
