The Role:

We are looking for a driven Director of Business Operations to maximize our company’s operating capabilities, oversee optimizations, and guarantee client satisfaction. This position presents an opportunity to work from home for a growing marketing company that values efficient, smart, high-performing employees. The Director of Business Operations will collaborate with management to execute business strategies, manage our full-funnel client service operations and guarantee client retention and acquisition.

We are experts in customer acquisition, and our site FindKeep.Love is a growing sweepstakes platform that allows brands and consumer-facing companies to acquire more customers via online sweepstakes and email marketing campaigns.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide optimization recommendations and strategic planning to improve daily and long-term business processes
  • Prepare and complete action plans — implement production standards and quality checks, resolve problems, and identify trends
  • Forecast goals, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions to ensure company and team success
  • Analyze process workflow, employee bandwidth, hiring needs, and tech optimizations
  • Manage growing Sweepstakes Partnerships Team to ensure strong production, happiness, and daily task completion
  • Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer / client issues related to customer service, quality, or onsite mishaps
  • Work closely with GM and Management Team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems to follow through with implementation
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to perform analyses of sales and marketing funnels and ensure we are utilizing our services effectively

Education and Experience:

A candidate with a bachelor’s degree with excellent communication skills. 3-5 years of operations service experience preferred. MBA a plus, but not required.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstration of critical thinking capabilities, exceptional analytical and quantitative; an ability to turn data into optimizations
  • Exceptional planning abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Excel: pivot tables, vlookup, etc
  • Comfort with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Ability to project manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Naturally curious and are driven to find creative solutions that others haven’t considered
  • Comfortable within a fluid and fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
  • Dependable with proficient attention to detail
  • Ability to delegate, motivate, and get the job done
