Job Description

This candidate will be joining an energetic and newly formed HR Product Services team. This position is responsible for driving innovation while maintaining stability with our Payroll features. This includes configuring new or enhancing existing Payroll business processes, looking for new opportunities to automate all areas of the payroll process, maintaining configuration related to Accruals, Absence and Finance, experiences delivered through pay slips, enhancing knowledge using help texts, guided tours and widgets, ongoing maintenance, delivering new features with upgrades and creation of metrics to drive product adoption and maturity. Requires strong technofunctional expertise with an eagerness to troubleshoot, design and enhance our product and a desire to configure and implement new life cycle events. This person should demonstrate a strong desire for learning and an appetite for new technology, including learning Kronos and the HR ecosystem.

Position requires advanced experience in Workday Payroll configuration. This person is a key member of an agile team responsible for payroll business processes including pay slip features, accruals, absence and time off features, pay changes, payroll cycle setup, general ledger mapping as well as supporting of reconciliation, auditing and controls. Proactively engages all stakeholder feedback needed to deliver employee experiences including Payroll Operations, Employee Services and Human Resources leaders. Represents HR business line in enterprise initiatives, participates in technical design, process workflow and communication discussions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight or more years of related experience
