Description

CloudPassage, a security innovator trusted by Fortune 1000 companies to protect some of the largest cloud deployments in the world, is seeking an Demand Generation Manager to join our rock star team. CloudPassage is looking for someone with experience in high-growth SaaS businesses to help us build into the rapidly growing market for cloud security. We’re in search of a self-starter who is passionate about driving ROI through optimized marketing programs. This role will be instrumental in helping us to achieve our growth targets by developing, executing, and measuring demand generation programs.

Thinking about content syndication, email nurturing, online advertising, webinars, and beyond, you’ll be responsible for helping us meet our MQL and pipeline targets. You’ll work very closely with both the marketing and sales teams to ensure high-value leads progress through the sales funnel, ultimately driving our revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Data-driven, analytical, and fact-based approach to making business recommendations and decisions
  • Extremely well organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Exceptionally strong writing, presentation and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and simply articulate concepts, messages and strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Marketo, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.com
  • Understanding of the benefits and challenges of working in a startup environment

Responsibilities:

  • Drive winning strategic and tactical plans for customer acquisition across web, content syndication, digital events and email marketing channels
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals
  • Identify trends and insights from our data, and then optimize spend and performance based on your findings
  • Act as the liaison between Content, Sales Ops, and Marketing Ops to execute on all campaign elements

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of B2B demand generation, paid digital marketing, or integrated campaign development experience in early-stage, growth-stage, or pre-IPO companies
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with a relevant security vendor (cyber security, cloud security, data protection, endpoint security, SIEM, compliance, etc.) is a plus
