GHD is seeking a Data Entry and Review Clerk to join our Data Review and Clean Up team for a 6- to 8-month assignment. There is no location requirement for this position and remote work is a possibility. This position will work directly with the Data Review Manager to update BST 8 as necessary for our transition to BST 10.

Working with the Data Review team will require:

  • Follow detailed written instructions to complete tasks
  • Work independently with little supervisor and provide status updates as required
  • Close unused records per provided reports and instructions
  • Run reports to validate and confirm changes
  • Ability to utilize provided reference materials to validate data

What you will bring to the team:

  • 1-3 years of experience working in a professional services database, experience with BST a plus
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and organize data sets
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to financial matters
  • Excellent analytical, judgment and problem solving capabilities
  • High initiative, superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
