We are seeking an energetic, passionate and intuitive marketing individual with exceptional leadership and communication skills who challenge the traditional thinking and stimulate innovative approaches to marketing. He or she will play an integral part in our acquisition strategy, marketing plan development and implementation, reporting directly to our Director of Marketing.


The Data Analyst & Google Analytics Manager is responsible for mining and analysis of large datasets, extracting insights that will support key marketing stakeholders in their decision-making process. He or she will be responsible for the quality of the data being housed for and by Marketing and taking a proactive approach to ensuring it’s connected to other internal and external data sources to build quality intelligence solutions for TradeStation.


  • Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular analytics reports
  • Analyzes external and internal customer data using internal data warehouse as well as outside data tools
  • Evaluates customers’ online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to marketing campaign ROI
  • Work with the team managing the data warehouse to ensure data is collected correctly and is usable for analysis
  • Provides actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions
  • Creates PowerPoint presentations to provide insights to internal departments
  • Leverages PowerBI to build dashboards to share with key stakeholders
  • Advises other team members (marketing, sales, product, etc.) as the owner for prospect, marketing, and market data
  • Have solid rapport with the advertising, creative, content, and SEO teams
  • Reviews data and reports for quality assurance
  • Define tools and ways to ensure data received, collection, storage, and analysis are supportive for future growth
  • Proactively review industry innovation, stay in touch with upcoming trends, and best practices to make recommendations


  • Expertise in SQL working with the data ware house team
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills required
  • Strong presentation skills with extensive knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Experience in Azure Cloud technologies
  • Google Analytics Certified and comfortable with the data and metrics available
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with Datorama
  • Creative thinker, innovative marketer, self-motivated
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time
  • Excellent project management skills


  • BA/BS degree required, Masters is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in process execution, business intelligence, creating dashboards, reporting, or data analysis
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint (required)
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • Salesforce Certification a plus
  • Relevant industry experience would be a strong advantage
  • Experience creating and maintaining marketing dashboards to track campaign results
