Customer Success Specialist



$30,000.00 – $40,000.00/year

The Customer Success Specialist is an entry-level position that will be responsible for triaging incoming requests for all clients. The CSS is expected to be able to solve the more remedial tasks that clients need resolved. This includes how-to questions, simple billing/accounting questions, and any early morning support.

The CSS will have a relentless focus on the client experience, and a significant part of his/her responsibilities will be speed to acknowledge client requests and ability to put clients at ease. This person must have great conversational skills – both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Customer Success Analysts by triaging inbound tickets and phone calls from clients
  • Drive customer engagement by proactively and re-actively educating clients on best practices within BriteCore
  • Immerse himself/herself within the client community by managing client forum
  • Spot global trends and pain points in BriteCore usage
  • Solve first-level support issues

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience in customer-facing role(s)
  • Willing to work during Eastern Time Zone business hours, generally 8 AM – 5 PM ET
  • Maintain a calm, positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
  • Relentless customer focus with an innate understanding of excellent client service
  • Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical end users
  • 6-18 months in customer support role preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Slack, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets
  • Insurance knowledge
