This client facing role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to existing HappyCo clients (focusing on a named portfolio of clients, but assisting with all clients as needed). Collaborating with Sales, Launch, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams, this position will function as focal point for building and maintaining a strong relationship with our customers to drive satisfaction by proactively managing and delivering client optimization of the HappyCo platform and services.

Account Management – Ensure client expectations are met and overall happiness of client. Ensure continued engagement, product adoption, data accuracy. Continued involvement throughout the client’s life-cycle to ensure smooth transitions and build relationships from admins and decision makers. Manage Client Business Reviewers and appropriate documentation and escalation.

Account Expansion and Renewal – Promote expansion in revenue through upsell and product expansion, work to bring new products to clients in ongoing discussions as well as during the Client Business Review process.

Customer Data Analysis & Reporting – Provide data relevant to customer to support account growth. Identify clients with opportunities to improve usage implement corrective action via retraining, reporting, dashboard management, etc.

Customer Support – Assist in customer support inquiries from clients when requested and escalate or resolve as needed.
