Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client’s product or services. Project gigs available now and more are on the horizon. Time commitments vary so you have the flexibility to manage your schedule.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of customer support experience in a call-center, remote environment, or corporate customer service department
• Has a verifiable track record solving customer problems and generating measurable results
• Has a quiet work space to provide phone support from home
• Can demonstrate written accuracy and precise verbal communication
• Can type accurately at a minimum of 45 words per minute
• Is equally effective producing results as a part of a team or as an individual contributor
• Is a multitasking ninja!
• Has operated in a deadline driven environment
• Has operated in an environment that requires minimum levels of production
• Has operated in a production environment which requires meeting quality standards
• Cares about details, is very reliable, and has a strong level of customer empathy!
• Is tech savvy

Availability:

• At least 20 hours of availability or more
• Open availability

Pay Rate: Dependent on Project
