Overview:

Pay: 17.00 Per Hour plus Bonus Opportunity

Ibex is currently hiring 1000 associates to answer the call and pe a part of our “BE ESSENTIAL” project. This is a 2-3 Month, Work from Home contract that will allow you to help customers calling in regarding the status of their stimulus checks. You will help them find the answers they need to provide peace of mind. You will come to the table with empathy, understanding, and a genuine desire to help in the COVID-19 crisis. WE NEED YOU!

Be a part of the solution! This is a work from home opportunity, any one in the US will be considered with the following qualifications:

  • Friendly attitude, “fix it” mentality, service oriented mindset
  • Internet speed at home with download speed of 10mbps, and upload speed of 3mbps
  • Computer Equipment at home with ability to connect to ethernet
  • Customer Service Experience in either face to face or phone support
  • Flexible schedule and open availability for the next 2-3 months, potential to extend
  • Able to multi-task, navigate between multiple windows on computer

Responsibilities:

Here’s what is expected from all of our consultants:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers to assist with questions about stimulus check status
  • Educate customers about how to see status online
  • Verify customer account information and update necessary information, as needed
  • Access the databases and provide instructions to customers
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while creating an exceptional caller experience
  • Driven for success and comfortable working independently
  • Attend job-related training, refresher training, updates, and cross training
  • Participate in team meetings and individual team meetings

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

Our most successful candidates have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking skills, showcased using several applications
  • Strong communication skills and ability to express ideas clearly
  • Must not owe back taxes or have liens with the IRS
