Hiring 1000 Customer Service Reps! (Work From Home)

I know many folks are going through difficult times, layoffs, furloughs, etc. I want to be that support system for you and anyone that may be looking for work.

I am currently assisting a client in hiring 1000+ representatives to work from home to assist with processing various state’s unemployment claims as well as speaking to individuals regarding any questions they may have.

This position can sit in (almost!) any state and will be a remote opportunity.

  • Starting Mid – Late May
  • Training: 2-3 days, 8:30am – 5pm EST
  • Regular Hours: Must be available Sunday- Saturday Open between –
  • 7am – 7pm EST
  • MUST BE OPEN TO ALL SHIFTS

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous Customer Service skills (Preferably 2+ years in a call center setting)
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Must have a hard-line/router internet connection from the wall to computer
  • Must have a enclosed/separate working space (Cannot have any background noise – dogs barking, etc.)
