Job Summary

We are looking for somebody that enjoys helping people. Our customers are unique, they are found in countries around the world and they have various levels of tech experience. Our team not only solves issues for our customers, we empower them by teaching skills to expand their own tech knowledge.

Responsibilities and Duties

So, what can you do for our customers?

  • Solve their web technology problems using chat, email and phone.
  • Continuously learn about new web technologies and share your knowledge with customers and team members.
  • Install, configure, maintain and solve errors for content managements systems including, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.
  • Explain how DNS and web design tools work.
  • Provide exceptional tech support for every customer.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Web hosting experience is a must if you would like to join our tech savvy team. However, experience does not mean that you have to have working experience. Have you ever created a blog, built a site using WordPress, upload files using FTP, used HTML, CSS or PHP? If you answered yes, then you have web hosting experience.
