We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to service several well-respected, high-touch accounts on our Shared Services and After-Hours team. International experience and a strong client focus is required. This is a virtual, remote, work from home position, and is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Travel Consultant to join an excellent travel team.

The team is hiring for both part-time and full-time roles, though all candidates must be available to work shifts on both Saturday and Sunday.

The desk hours are Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM-10:30 AM ET and 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday. Weekly hours may vary from 20 hours to 40 hours, depending on candidate availability, though all shifts will fall between the operating hours listed, and will include both a Saturday and Sunday shift.

Responsibilities

  • At least 5 years of experience as a International corporate travel consultant with good problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent recent SABRE skills
  • Strong service focus and customer orientation for high end, VIP travelers
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Internet savvy
