What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with business leaders to review, recommend and implement new process automation via post-sales dedicated tech stack, or Salesforce
  • Provide business critical reporting as identified by the business teams
  • Develop, deliver and manage ongoing end-user training
  • Proactively seek out system improvements to either enhance system health, user experience, accuracy and adoption
  • Lead complex cross-functional projects
  • Provide admin & technical support to end users of Post-Sales tools
  • Gong: User management, analytics configuration management, scorecard management, Salesforce reporting, user management
  • Catalyst: User management, Salesforce integration, Zendesk integration, custom configuration
  • AskNicely: User management, survey creation, workflow design, custom configuration, Salesforce integration, user management
  • Zendesk – User management, trigger creation, integration management
  • Krow – User management, reporting, configuration management
  • Salesforce:
    • Strong Salesforce user, administrative, configuration and reporting skills
    • Excellent critical thinking skills; is able to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
    • Understands object-oriented concepts and fundamentals of logic (IFs, ANDs, and ORs)
  • Troops:
    • Build out custom workflows
    • Create custom action buttons to help efficiently & impactfully communicate information in real time
    • Pro-actively identify opportunities for leveraging Troops for optimal internal information flow
  • Act as a liaison with business owners to manage and execute against requirements
  • Document processes related to tools for user training & reference

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor degree with 4+ years in a business process analysis, business analysis, management consulting and/or change management role
  • Previous Zendesk administration experience
  • Deep understanding of CS Systems (example: Gainsight, Catalyst, Churn Zero, Vitally)
  • Salesforce Administration experience, with a SaaS company, using Lightning and/or SalesCloud
  • Salesforce Certifications – Administrator (required) & Platform App Builder (preferred)
  • Experience with G-Suite & Troops
