About the Role:

We are an established Amazon Brand Management and Growth Firm specializing in scaling brands to optimal levels of growth on Amazon’s global marketplaces. With our extensive knowledge of Amazon FBA and Amazon Vendor and a highly skilled team of Amazon experts, adaptable infrastructure, and market-leading resources, we operate as a strategic growth partner.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our fast growing company. 

Location: 100% remote (must be able to work EST hours).

Pay: A base salary with uncapped recurring commissions.

In this role you will need to communicate the value of our service in an consultative presentation to brand owners and close deals. You will be managing warm inbound leads, pre-scheduled appointments and you will be responsible to build a cold outreach process with detailed, unique info that you can plug to accelerate interest. 

Previous Amazon experience within Seller Central (FBA and FBM) and/or Amazon Vendor is preferred in this role, we also provide training.

How you will succeed: 

  • Able to work from home online with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets.
  • Schedule meetings, pitch, send proposals and close deals.
  • Respond promptly to prospects and manage warm inbound leads and calls.
  • Follow up warm leads.
  • Develop pitch materials that clearly define the benefits of a partnership with our company, making sure each pitch is suited to the unique needs of that brand.
  • Impact company and department metrics such as revenue and size of sales pipeline.
  • Help develop our outreach, this may include testing cold calls and personalized email strategies. 
  • Help with the analysis of growth opportunities.
  • Have excellent communication skills, consultative skills and a strong deal closer.
  • Passionate about selling and negotiation.
  • Motivated by process management and innovation. 
  • Driven to grow a thriving sales department in its early stages and reap the benefits.
  • Naturally skilled in building client relationships. 
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable making phone calls and being self-motivated to make cold colds and follow up calls.
  • Managing and building a sales team is preferred, but not essential.
  • Able to see and value the great opportunities and rewards in this role and be highly motivated by this.

What experiences will help you in this role: 

  • Experience within Amazon and proficient understanding of how selling on Amazon as FBA works. 
  • Experience with cold calling, pitching business plans, and leading strategic meetings.
  • Experience in growing a sales department.
  • A track record of exceeding sales goals and metrics.
