We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to be the first point of contact in our company. The BDR will contact property managers and owners, introduce them to our platform, and schedule a demo.
This is business-to-business sales, and most often will be cold calling. We’ll provide you the leads. We’ll give you scripts and introduce you to our product. We expect you to know your dialing skill (getting past the gatekeeper, establish a connection with the prospect, speak to the value of the product, etc).
We are looking for professionals only, with significant experience. As a professional, we assume you’ll have a strong Internet connection as well as a quite office suitable for this type of work.

- Proven sales experience in a business-to-buseinss cold-calling environment.
- Some experience in property management, multi-housing or residential leasing.
- Must be willing and able to make 80 dials per day and able to work at least 30 hours per week
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- This is business-to-business sales. You must be located in the US and you must be able to work within US business hours.
