We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager who is passionate about modernizing womens healthcare and family-first benefits. As the B2B Marketing Manager you will be a critical member of the Marketing team who will partner closely with Sales, Client Success, and Product to support the growth of our business. What youll be doing:

B2B Marketing

  • Deeply understand our clients (health plans, medicaid plans and government programs, self-insured employers), program participants, channel partners (benefit consultants and wellness platforms), product strengths and weakness, competitive landscape and threats; translating into messaging and assets that clearly demonstrates our market differentiation
  • Develop project briefs to define campaign objectives, content, and launch plan
  • Develop and manage the creation of campaigns, assets, and content across a variety of channels and mediums, e.g. web landing pages, videos, brochures, virtual and onsite event materials, etc.
  • Creates FAQs, RFPs, ROIs, Case Studies, Sales and Client Success enablement materials to support growth. Responsible from ideation through content creation and release
  • Analyzes questions and feedback from Requests For Proposals, sales meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Win-loss interviews to identify enhancements to our messaging and assets
  • Builds and maintains reporting dashboards, and regularly reports on performance and ongoing optimization strategies by Client vs. Goal and Benchmark

Partner closely with Customer Success to:

  • Create a consistent marketing cadence and process for webinars, town hall events, campaigns and communications, including content creation and administration
  • Develop and lead Benefit Fair Strategy and Tactics (on-site and virtual)
  • Own the story-telling effectiveness of client presentations and materials
  • Build out Client Advocacy programs, collecting testimonials, outcomes and referrals

Product Marketing

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and product release planning, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement assets for our prospects, clients, and channel partners
  • Define key performance indicators for product marketing, and reports on market position and KPIs
  • Translates the value proposition of our products and services into positioning that competes effectively in the market
  • Responsible for providing demonstrations and presentations to clients, channel partners and prospective clients as the subject matter expert on our products, services and audiences
  • Exhibit and communicate a deep understanding of market trends that can be utilized by Sales, Product and Marketing teams. Organize and execute client interviews to inform product and marketing strategy and plans

Requirements

This position will work closely with various groups within Ovia Health including Marketing Communications, Growth Marketing, Product, Client Success, and Clinical Research to ensure timely delivery of support tools for the Enterprise Business unit.

  • 5-8 years of marketing and/or product marketing experience preferably at at fast-paced healthcare technology company
  • Experience in B2B marketing to health plans (Commercial and Medicaid), employers and/or health systems
  • Proven track record of launching and commercializing successful products, performing landscape analysis, pricing, product positioning, and sales enablement
  • Demonstrated experience managing and marketing healthcare and benefits solutions throughout their lifecycle from concept through sale, post sale, implementation, enrollment campaigns and results monitoring, retention and renewal
  • Exceptional business acumen and product landscape knowledge
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and relationship management skills that are both collaborative and consultative with the graphic design team, senior level executives, internal and external partners
  • Detail driven, critical thinker and creative problem solver who can lead solutions that balance departmental needs with enterprise objectives
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales and Marketing performance monitoring software
  • Experience leveraging data to inform campaign design and optimize performance
  • Ability to connect product releases and campaigns to company mission, goals and KPIs
  • Thrives in fast paced environments, embracing change and leading through ambiguity
  • Flexible, analytical, and creative mindset with the ability to overcome obstacles with a positive outlook
  • Superior autonomy, time and project management skills
