Role Description/Responsibilities:

Support analysis and research production with tradecraft and editorial review and guidance. Candidate will be working with an analysis team to shape analysis outputs into rigorous and structured written and oral deliverables. Candidate will help a new organization identify and implement a production process in addition to day-to-day support for product editing, formatting, and publication. Candidate will be joining a dynamic organization with “start-up” culture where entrepreneurialism and innovation-mind set are required for success.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Editing written analytic products and presentations
  • Developing and implementing production guidelines, standards, and processes
  • Capturing and tracking production data and feedback to measure success
  • Researching and communicating best practices for implementation
  • Translation of complex analytic concepts into understandable, relatable concepts for a variety of audiences

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years in editorial or written communications role
  • Strong written and oral communications
  • Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years in editorial or written communications role
  • Strong written and oral communications
  • Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that seeks to constantly add value

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of data science and analytics processes, tools, and outcomes
  • Experience with business metrics and performance indicators
  • Experience with business process improvement and organizational design

Government Requirements:

  • Candidate must have current active Secret Level Security Clearance
  • Candidate must be U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship)
  • Must complete a Background investigation prior to start of work
