Job Description

This position is responsible for the completion of designated Federal and State reports as assigned by the Title IV Administrator. The position will work directly with Business Analysts to collect, review and analyze data required for reporting. It will also review and work Student Relations cases with a Financial Aid component. The position will review and complete all Department of Education cases and Lender Fraud investigations.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete all assigned Federal and State reports. When necessary, collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of, and compliance with, federal/state regulations.
  • Act as project manager to assure that reports requiring multiple months of preparation are completed by deadline. For example, reports such as FISAP or IPEDS will require assistance from other departments within Purdue Global, or from third party servicers.
  • Serve as POC for all US Department of Education cases. These may require only a Financial Aid review; however, some may also require review from other departments. Collaborate as necessary to ensure accurate case review and a timely response to ED.
  • Review and complete assigned Student Relations cases that require a holistic approach beyond the apparent Financial issues. These cases may have root cause outside of Financial Aid policy and/or practice. Satisfactory resolution for the student, and continuous improvement for the University, requires this position to have a working knowledge of the entire student life cycle, including the nuances of interactions across Admissions, Advising and the Registrar.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
  • 7 plus years of experience
  • Progressive Title IV processing and/or administrative experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Strong research and analytical skills; Exceptional ability to build relationships and perform in fluid/ambiguous environments
  • Self-motivated, self-directed.
