Admissions Receptionist

Position Summary:

This position interacts by phone and electronic channel support (Email and live chat) in response to inquiries from prospective students. The key functions of this role are to answer inbound calls, respond to live chats, make outbound calls as needed and process back-end enrollment documentation. This role requires the ability to make appointments in multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain and route communication, via phone and email
  • Triage inbound communications to related team members
  • Process enrollment forms and acceptance documents
  • Function within the policies and procedures of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching
  • Accept other responsibilities as assigned

Education, Certification & Experience:

  • High school graduate (minimum). Some college a plus
  • Relevant customer service or Front Office Administrative School experience a plus
  • Call center experience is preferred

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications (Hubspot and Netsuite preferred)
  • Knowledge of Call Center telephony and technology
  • Excellent data entry/keyboard skills
  • Strong aptitude for time zones
  • CPC preferred
