Administrative Assistant, Partnerships Team

Job Description:

We are looking for a Administrative Assistant for our Partnerships Team to provide full-time administrative support to multiple members of our team while working remotely. As a Administrative Assistant, you will perform various tasks, including answering emails, scheduling appointments, and working on research projects. The ideal candidate should be tech savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, and is meticulously organized.

Responsibility:

  • Email management – responding to clients in a timely manner
  • Prepare client spreadsheets and keep detailed team-accessible records
  • Calendar management
  • Perform market and internet research as needed
  • Schedule and manage meetings between the clients and the team

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
  • Highly organized multi-tasker who works well with fast-paced directions and instructions
  • Demonstrates excellent time management
  • Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer-service and presentation skills
