Your role and responsibilities:

  • Develop documentation for Order to Cash process (including project management – project setup, mapping resources to projects)
  • Review and analyze current processes in order to provide recommendations and solutions for issues
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline and further automate existing processes
  • Identify all risks and recommend controls for operational and financial risks
  • Engage in tools review, make recommendations and setup of processes on the new tool
  • Ensure accountants in US & Philippines are adequately trained on the new process & tools
  • Respond to new customer / existing customer queries
  • Review AR closely and escalate to Controller & Business on a timely basis (all AR >30 days)
  • Establish a direct relationship with clients’ accounts payable teams & follow up on collections
  • Review PO report closely, correct inconsistencies, work with Business to have PO adequately funded and escalate on a timely basis (per agreement with Controller)
  • Act as a back up for Billing Supervisor
  • Support Month-End Close and Reconciliation
  • Develop deep relationships with clients in their A/P departments and clean up aging billings as needed
  • Accuracy and great attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality
  • Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational, communication and follow-up skills
  • High energy and self-motivated
  • Interested in learning and developing in other areas of Accounting


  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field

Years of Experience:

  • 8+ year experience in billing, project management role in a professional services Company
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Doc and Google Sheet
