In this role you will be responsible for the below:

  • Consulting
    Work with internal & external stakeholders to design & deliver sales campaign to drive $ value pipeline
    Work with 3rd party partners to accelerate time to signature &/or contract value
    Define ROI with target list prospects & inspire them to proceed
  • Account Management
    Qualification & management of opportunities using the MEDDICC methodology
    Manage internal & external stakeholders to successful signature & authorisation of contract
    Commercial Management/Contracting (Commercials, term, payment schedule & Terms & Conditions)
  • Project/Programme Management
    Understand & convey the benefits of the LivePerson project methodology & secure stakeholder agreement to follow
    Consult & inform the CP & account team about the project progress & risks prior to handover
  • Operational Excellence
    Exceed customer success measures and drive Customer Success outcomes (LiveEngage Platform Performance)
    Shape the role of messaging alongside voice and chat by integrating LiveEngage with customer operations
  • Technical
    Have a technical overview of the LiveEngage platform
    Influence LivePerson product development
    Estimate, plan and deliver repeatable models for client deployment & expansion

Your qualifications are:

  • Consistent proven track record of success and achievement at Enterprise sales within a SaaS organisation
  • Proven ability to close new business – quota attainment on a regular basis
  • 10+ years field sales experience
  • 5+ years selling complex enterprise software solutions
  • Ability to challenge a brands thinking
  • Native German language skills
