• Deliver outcomes across major application modernisation and cyber security initiatives
• Elicit and document business, functional, and technical requirements
• Collaborate with DevOps, Agile, and development teams across programs
• Support delivery of the Essential 8 cyber compliance framework
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions across business units
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
• Manage shifting priorities across multiple work packages

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex environments
• Background in higher education, government, or large public sector organisations
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps delivery models
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead workshops and facilitate technical discussions
• Demonstrated capability to translate business needs into system requirements
• Adaptable and comfortable working across concurrent project streams
• Knowledge of cyber or information security programs is desirable
