About the Team:
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive with experience working in a fast paced marketing environment to support key marketing channels and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Tria Laser brand. You will have the chance to influence strategy, bring campaigns to life across multiple platforms and see your work have a real, tangible impact on the brand’s growth. About the Role:
· CRM & Email Marketing: Support the day-to-day delivery of CRM flow and campaign emails, working closely with the CRM Manager and Brand Marketing Manager to optimise engagement and conversion, educating and nurturing our audience.
· Social Media Management: Support with the management of Tria Laser’s social media channels, including creating, optimising and scheduling content to drive engagement, brand awareness and community growth.
· Digital & Written Content: Assist with content creation and briefing for blogs, SEO and other written materials, in collaboration with the SEO team, Copywriter and Brand Marketing Manager, delivering industry-leading educational content.
· Campaign & Marketing Support: Assist the Brand Marketing Manager in executing campaigns and broader marketing activities, including coordinating creative production and shoots, updating digital content and supporting on business plans for retail and trade partners.
Desirable:
· Experience or interest in beauty technology.
· Exposure to paid social campaigns and digital advertising.
· Experience working with retailers and third parties.
Candidate Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally working on a D2C brand
• Hands-on experience with social media management, CRM/email marketing (Klaviyo), and content creation.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (Shopify).
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
•. Creative and detail-oriented, capable of translating ideas into clear briefs for the Creative Team and designing engaging social media content independently (Canva).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Results and KPI driven, ensuring their work is of high quality and impact.
• Ability to quickly pivot and change priorities in a fast-paced environment.
