Job Description

Manager, Data Analytics & Value Engineering

We’re looking for a data-driven problem solver to help us shape how we use analytics to create value — both inside our organization and for our clients. This new role will build our data and governance models, connect performance data across teams, and turn insights into action that improves outcomes and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement data governance frameworks to improve quality, consistency, and access.

• Develop and maintain unified data models for business and client performance metrics.

• Build dashboards and automated reporting to deliver insights across teams and clients.

• Analyze performance data to measure client value, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

• Partner with business and product leaders to define key metrics and value indicators.

• Present data-driven insights that demonstrate measurable value to clients and leadership.

• Introduce modern analytics and automation practices (Python, BigQuery, Tableau, VertexAI).

• Coach teams on how to use data effectively in decisions and client engagements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or value engineering with operational or client focus.

• Strong skills in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Experience with data governance, ETL processes, and cloud platforms like BigQuery or GCP.

• Proven ability to connect analytics to measurable business outcomes.

• Clear communicator who can translate data into insights for executives and clients.

Who You Are:

You combine technical expertise with curiosity and business understanding. You’re comfortable moving between code, dashboards, and conversations with senior leaders. You’re energized by the idea of building systems that make data accessible, meaningful, and actionable — driving measurable value every step of the way.
