Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in-office/2 remote after training period
Salary: $85,000-$95,000 DOE

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a well-established law firm who is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their Seattle team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys managing complex matters, and can confidently support attorneys through all phases of litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain active litigation caseloads in collaboration with attorneys
- Draft, prepare, and revise litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, trial materials, and correspondence
- Monitor court dockets, deadlines, and electronic filing notifications to ensure timely case progression
- Support discovery efforts, including document review, organization, production, and privilege log preparation
- Coordinate deposition logistics, prepare exhibits, and assist with trial preparation
- Organize and manage high-volume document productions from clients, opposing counsel, and third parties
- Track case activity, deadlines, and litigation milestones using spreadsheets and case management tools
- Assist attorneys through all stages of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial matters
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably within a law firm environment
- Strong familiarity with Washington state and federal court filing procedures, court websites, and e-filing systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and legal technology platforms
